Job Description & Qualifications:

Applicants for the lead carpenters’ position will be expected to be proficient in on-site management, layout, take-offs, ordering, and subcontractor communications. A lead carpenter with 5+ years in the trade industry, must be capable of making sure all day-to-day aspects of a residential construction project are running efficiently and hold a positive attitude.

Journeyman Carpenter

Job Description & Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with a positive attitude. Carpentry tasks include layout, framing, exterior, and trim. Must have the ability to work with one or more employees under your supervision and be willing to assist with on-site training. Must be comfortable with a forklift.

Apprentice Carpenter

Job Description & Qualifications:

Have a positive attitude and ability to learn. Some experience is preferred but not required. Will assist lead/journeyman carpenter in day-to-day tasks. Includes cutting, organizing, and clean-up. Must be willing to run all power tools with confidence and be comfortable with heights.
